Meeting Point for Toyosu Market Visit

((Toyosu Senkyakubanrai Escalator Hall (Ground Floor)))

The photo above is the inside view of the escalator hall. If you come from the East Gate of Toyosu Senkyakubanrai, you will enter through the glass sliding door shown in the photo. The guide is carrying a green four-tiered box carrier. If you see someone who looks like the person in the photo, please call to.

From Shijo-mae Station to Senkyakubanrai, the following route is recommended.
– Exit the ticket gate and go straight. Proceed to the digital information board and turn right.
– After walking about 20 meters, you will see a staircase going down on your left. Go down the stairs and go straight.
– When you reach a large intersection, you will see Senkyakubanrai on your right.

To reach the escalator hall, you can enter through the east gate of Toyosu Senkyakubanrai, or you can go through the convenience store (Lawson). If you enter from the convenience store side, immediately turn right and exit the store. That will take you to the escalator hall.

On the way from Shijo-mae Station to Senkyakubanrai, after turning right at the digital sign, some people see Senkyakubanrai but fail to notice the stairs going down and end up walking along the deck, arriving at the upper floor of Senkyakubanrai. (They will see a view like the one in the photo above.) To the right of the sushi restaurant “Tsukiji Kagura Sushi” in front of you, there is a glass sliding door. Entering through it will take you to the 2nd floor escalator hall, which is above the meeting place. Take the escalator down to the lower floor, and you will be at the meeting place. Please note that the escalators are not operating in the early morning (before 5:30 AM). In this case, you can use the public elevator located slightly closer to the station on the deck to descend to the ground floor. Please enter through the convenience store (Lawson) and proceed to the meeting place.

This is recommended for:
1. Those staying in the Ginza area.
2. Those with good access to the Yurakucho Line.
3. Those with good access to the Rinkai Line.

Route from Shimbashi Station to Tokyo BRT Shimbashi bus stop
The TokyoBRT Shimbashi bus stop is located on the road directly below the Yurikamome Shimbashi Station (elevated floor).
– When you exit the JR Shimbashi Station Shiodome Exit, you will see the Yurikamome Shimbashi Station in front of you, but do not go there. Instead, head towards the pedestrian crossing about 40m to the right. ・Continue straight for 150m and you will see the TokyoBRT Shimbashi bus stop.
Note 1: Please use the bus bound for Kokusai-Tenjijo (International Exhibition Center) from platform 1. Please be careful not to take the bus bound for Michino Terrace Toyosu (Toyosu Market) from platform 3. It is a longer route.
Note 2: If the meeting time for our class is 8:30, please aim to arrive at the TokyoBRT Shimbashi bus stop by 8:00. If you take the bus around 8:10, you will arrive at the “Toyosu Market” bus stop at just the right time. Please check the latest timetable before actually using the service.

Directions from Shimbashi Station to the Shimbashi bus stop (Toei Bus).
Please board the bus at bus stop number 1, located immediately outside the Ginza exit of Shimbashi Station. Take the “Ichi01 – bound for Toyosu Market” bus. Get off at the “Shijo-mae Ekimae” bus stop. If our class meets at 8:30, aim to arrive at the Toei Bus Shimbashi bus stop at 7:45. Taking the bus around 7:55 will get you to the “Shijo-mae Ekimae” bus stop at just the right time. Please check the latest timetable before using the bus.

Directions from Oedo Line Kachidoki Station to Toei Bus Kachidoki Station bus stop
Go up to ground level, exit through Exit A2a, walk 10m, turn left, and walk another 80m to reach the Kachidoki Station bus stop. Take the “Ichi 01” bus. Get off at the “Shijo-mae Ekimae” bus stop. If our class meeting time is 8:30, aim to arrive at the Toei Bus Kachidoki Station bus stop at 7:55. Taking the bus around 8:05 will get you to the “Shijo-mae Station” bus stop at just the right time. Please check the latest timetable before using the bus.
